1. In all your indoor environments - at home. work or at a store or building, practise being aware of natural light sources through windows or sky lights. (If there are no natural light sources, you can use artificial ones also) With your awareness in the centre of your mind (what I call command central) make it your intent to receive (breath in) the light. 2. While palming, practise moving your awareness Up and backward, to the centre of your brain - breath and notice how you feel. * Try doing this while you are particularly frustrated or angry. 3. Read the Article Excerpt from Jacques Lessuryan book: And There was Light. Highlight what you find important and come prepared for discussion. 4 Read the Article: Eyes are Light Receptors. Highlight what you find important and come prepared for discussion. 5. Become aware of your right and left brain receiving channels. Take turns patching (or closing) one eye at a time and doing daily tasks for 15-20 minutes. |
