b) Decide what you would like to renew in your kitchen/ replace with healthy alternatives.
3. a) Read the Kick out the Junk! Handout
b) Check what junk foods you might have in your kitchen and decide what you are ready to let go off.
2. a) Read the Healthy Grocery Shopping List Handout
b) When you go shopping next, start incorporating foods from this Handout.
4. Try out at least one of the breakfast recipes above (or more!)
5. Start a journal or spreadsheet and take note of what you ate and how your vision was afterwards
